My name is Rhonda Willcox and I am the group leader for our neighborhood. I live on the 3300 block of S. Pennsylvania St. My husband, Chris, and I have lived in our home for 23 years. We enjoy being active in our community and knowing our neighbors. I look forward to meeting you and building a community in Old Town neighborhood.

Exciting Improvements Coming to Old Hampden Avenue! The City of Englewood is making major upgrades to Old Hampden Avenue to enhance its infrastructure and transform it into a safe, welcoming corridor for everyone.
Old Hampden Utility Improvements (January–Summer 2025): Replacing aging underground water, sewer, and stormwater systems to ensure reliable service for years to come.
Old Hampden Complete Streets Project (Summer 2025–Summer 2026): Redesigning Old Hampden to include ADA improvements, better sidewalks, upgraded bus stops and traffic-calming features to support safer, more accessible travel for all.
