October 2026 Update

Renovations at Pirates Cove remain on schedule, with demolition complete and excavation underway to prepare for the next phases of construction.

Concrete and asphalt demolition is complete, and the removed materials have been hauled away from the site. Crews have also begun excavating the pool area, removing dirt and rock to make room for underground utilities, including sewer, gas, electrical and technology infrastructure.

Excavation is also underway in the water detention pond area to prepare for drainage improvements across the site.

These early construction activities are helping prepare the site for the next stages of the Pirates Cove renovation. Check back for more updates as work progresses.
