Oxford Pedestrian Bridge Ribbon Cutting
Join the City of Englewood for a ribbon cutting celebration of the new Oxford Pedestrian Bridge, a key investment in safer, more connected travel.
Spanning Oxford Avenue between Santa Fe Drive and Navajo Street/Windermere Street, the bridge improves access for people walking and biking, particularly to the nearby RTD light rail station. The project provides a safer, more convenient crossing over a busy corridor while also improving traffic flow at the intersection below.
The event will include brief remarks from city leadership followed by the official ribbon cutting. Community members are invited to attend and experience the new bridge.
The ribbon cutting will take place on the north side of the bridge. Attendees are encouraged to park along Windermere Street and nearby public streets.
Date: Wednesday, May 13
Time: 4 p.m.
Location: Oxford Pedestrian Bridge (Oxford Ave. & Windemere St.)
