Windemere Street Work/Closure Feb. 23 - March 9

Beginning Monday, February 23, crews will start work on Windermere Street between Oxford Avenue and the Oxford–City of Sheridan Station RTD bus stop to replace the water quality inlet and restore the roadway. Windermere Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic for approximately two weeks. Flaggers will be on site to safely guide drivers through the single lane detour.

On Thursday, February 26, this section of Windermere Street will be fully closed for the day. The closure is expected to end by Friday afternoon, when single-lane traffic will resume.

During the full closure:

• Motorists are encouraged to use Kalamath Street.
• Pedestrians should use the sidewalk on the south side of Oxford Avenue.
• The Oxford–City of Sheridan Station RTD bus stop will be closed, but the Light Rail station will remain open.
