Pedestrian Bridge Installation Scheduled for December

Crews are preparing to install the new Oxford Pedestrian Bridge over Oxford Avenue near Santa Fe Drive. The bridge placement is currently scheduled for the weekend of December 5–8, which will require a full closure of Oxford Avenue between Santa Fe Drive and Windermere/Navajo Street beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 5, through approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, December 8.

During this time, motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to use Hampden Avenue to the north or Belleview Avenue to the south to cross Santa Fe. The crosswalk on the east side of the intersection will remain open to cross Oxford.
