November 2024 Update

The city is expecting a cost contribution from a developer to help with the funding shortfall for this project. The city has also allocated additional funding in 2024 to help make up the funding gap. At this time, it is anticipated that the project could go to construction in Spring of 2025 if bids come in within budget.
