April 2026 Update

Progress continues on the Oxford Pedestrian Bridge, and the bridge is expected to open in early May. Here’s the latest progress:

• Installation of the ADA railings is expected to be completed by mid-month
• Bridge supports and piers were recently stained
• The green Englewood logos have been painted
• Oxford Avenue will be restriped
• Sprinkler irrigation repairs are underway
• Power meter installation for the bridge lights
• Dog park reconstruction
• Resodding and reseeding nearby areas
