5.3.22 Update

This is the fifteenth in a series of monthly updates regarding the Oxford Ave Pedestrian Bridge Project.

In the last month, the city opened contractors’ bids for the construction contract. The city received 5 bids, however, the low bid was higher than the Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost. City staff is working to find additional sources of funding in order to move forward with construction. The city also selected a consultant team to perform construction management and oversight on the project.
