February 2026 - Good Neighbor Committee Summary Update

The city is sharing an update on the Good Neighbor Committee (GNC) related to The Hub at Movement 5280 at 3190 S. Grant St.

City of Englewood contracted with Find Solutions to work with the neighbors and The Hub at Movement 5280 (5280) to develop a Good Neighbor Agreement (GNA). The goal of developing a GNA is to discuss and agree upon expectations for how 5280 would provide services to the homeless while doing what they can to minimize impact upon the neighborhood and establish ongoing communication in the form of a Good Neighbor Committee.

The summary document includes updates on completed action items, ongoing operational expectations and recommendations for future next steps.
