The Englewood Neighborhood Map Has Been Adopted!

In June 2022 the Englewood City Council adopted the Englewood Neighborhood Map. Englewood now made up of 40 neighborhoods. The neighborhood names and boundaries were chosen by the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) after evaluating feedback from community members and combining historic subdivision names and modern-day locations of significance.

    December 2021 Project Update:

    The survey closed on December 22. The Historic Preservation Commission will review feedback and make changes to the neighborhood map in early 2022. In Spring 2022 City Council will review the citywide neighborhood map.

    Fall 2021 Project Update:

    The City of Englewood Historic Preservation Commission is working on an official citywide neighborhood map with the goal of strengthening the Englewood communities of today while preserving the city's diverse history. The HPC is asking the community for information and feedback to ensure the Neighborhood Map is an accurate reflection of the City we know and love.

    There are four ways to provide feedback.

    1. Complete the Neighborhood Map Project Survey below.

    2. Provide comments regarding the city’s proposal below using the Comments & Feedback button.

    3. Email the Historic Preservation Committee your thoughts using the email links above on the right side of the page.

    4. Attend the upcoming open house on November 17 at the Englewood Library (1000 Englewood Pkwy) from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
