May 9, 2022: Update to city council.
Mid-May: Develop code framework - an annotated outline of the development code for what is changing, what isn't, and what is needed new.
May - July, 2022: Hold technical committee discussions and topic specific focus groups and outreach, if needed.
May - August, 2022: Coordinate code rewrite with the housing study.
August - September, 2022: Create and review initial drafts with technical and steering committees.
Late Fall/Early Winter 2022: Develop final drafts and hold public open house.
End of 2022: Submit recommended adoption draft to planning and zoning commission and city council for formal review.
