Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program Town Hall Recap

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program Town Hall on March 11! It was great to see so many community members attend, ask questions and share their feedback.

A few highlights from the meeting:

  1. City staff gave an overview of the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program and the tools that may be included in the city's toolbox
  2. New roundabouts planned for East Dartmouth Avenue at Logan Street and Downing Street remain in process, with additional updates coming soon
  3. Pedestrian improvements are being explored around Bates Logan Park and Cushing Park
  4. Pedestrian improvements are in design for the Oxford and Fox intersection

Couldn't make it? You can still have your say! The City of Englewood wants residents to help shape the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program by dropping a pin on an interactive map to identify streets where speeding or safety concerns are a priority in your neighborhood. Your feedback will guide where the city invests in safer, calmer streets.

Learn more and provide your input here by March 23!
