November 2025 Update

Update 11/20: Construction for Emerson Park, originally scheduled to start the week of November 24, has been delayed due to permitting requirements. A new start date will be provided once finalized.

Improvements for Emerson Park will include:

• New play features
• The addition of a picnic shelter
• Upgrades to the landscaping and pathways

The west side of the park will be closed during construction, while the smaller section east of South Emerson Street will remain open. Construction is expected be completed by summer 2026.
