Calling all dog lovers and families! Join us for Cocoa and Collars as we celebrate the opening of the new Cushing Park Dog Park with a ribbon cutting, hot chocolate and giveaways!

The new fully fenced dog park features separate areas for large and small dogs, agility elements and plenty of space to play. Families are also invited to check out the brand-new Cushing Park playground, which offers slides, swings and fun for all ages. Humans can enjoy hot chocolate while dogs explore the new equipment. Come celebrate this exciting addition to the community!

Join us for an open house to learn about the city’s ongoing Renew & Recreate park and recreation improvement projects. Explore updates for Miller Field, Clarkson Park, the Englewood Recreation Center and Belleview Park.

City staff and project designers will share construction updates for Cushing, Emerson and Rotolo parks. Stop by anytime between 4 and 7 p.m. to ask questions, view project renderings and learn more about the current and future status of these exciting community improvements.

Be part of the celebration as we break ground on the first Renew & Recreate project at Cushing Park! Join us on Thursday, July 31 from 4 to 5 p.m. on the west side of South Inca Drive at the future site of the new dog park. Enjoy a free sweet treat as you celebrate this exciting milestone with us!
