City Council approved the EDDA Downtown Plan of Development and activated three of the six tax increment sub-districts provided for in the Plan.

Negotiation of the draft Framework Agreement completed with LNR; however, LNR elected to delay city council consideration of this agreement until after the November 2, 2021 authorized debt ballot measure.
