CityCenter Redevelopment Project Update - Sept. 2026

Big vision, big possibilities!

Conceptual renderings are here for the potential redevelopment of Englewood CityCenter.

The proposed plans explore new housing options, local retail, a hotel, expanded public parks and community gathering spaces like an outdoor performance venue and beer garden.

Note: No final master plan has been selected yet. The City of Englewood and New Englewood LLC are continuing to gather community input to finalize a master plan later this year, with Phase 1 design anticipated to begin in early 2027.
