2025 Utilities Survey

The City of Englewood Utilities department is asking for your feedback in an annual survey. The survey should only take between 3-5 minutes and all responses are appreciated. You may complete the survey below or you may fill out the survey attached to your bill and drop it off at the following locations:

• Malley Recreation Center, 3380 S. Lincoln St.
• Englewood Recreation Center, 1155 W. Oxford Ave.
• City of Englewood Offices, 1000 Englewood Pkwy., 3rd Floor

The survey closes on Friday, October 3. Please drop off the paper copy before 5 p.m. at one of the above locations or fill out the online survey before 11:59 p.m.
